360 degree feedback compares an individual’s view of
themselves to those around them. It often
significantly enhances self awareness and can serve
as a strong spur for development.
For both psychometric assessment and 360 degree
feedback, questionnaires are completed on line. One
to one feedback is provided by experienced coaches
who are trained in the interpretation of tools
provided.
