A HR Professional with over 20 years’ experience supporting a wide range of business sectors, functions and countries, Alison is customer & business focussed with reputation for delivering results, strong rapport and building teams.

Achievements include HR process design in the areas of performance management and competency frameworks; workshop design, training and facilitation; one to one coaching. Alison’s specialism is motivating individuals and teams to find their best performance.

She is known for her strong interpersonal & team skills. Delivering and working hard with business partners / clients to achieve challenging targets whilst trying to retain a sense of humour.
